CONSULTING SERVICE
Make control standards usable where work is carried out
We help organisations translate policy and risk decisions into practical expectations for planning, authorisation, supervision, contractor management and assurance. The scope follows the work and the interfaces where responsibility can become unclear.

Common questions
Can you approve our contractors?
We can support a defined pre-qualification or assurance process. The client retains the selection and appointment decision unless the contract expressly states otherwise.
Do you visit sites?
Site work is agreed during scoping, including access, location, safety arrangements and any specialist requirements.
Can you write RAMS?
We can support defined documentation work where competence, information and review arrangements are appropriate. Documents must reflect the actual work and authorised people must approve their use.
