Do you provide legal privilege?
We do not claim legal privilege. Legal advice requires a separately engaged, appropriately qualified specialist and an explicitly agreed scope.
Will you identify the root cause?
We test plausible explanations and state what the evidence supports. Some events have multiple interacting conditions, so we do not force a single root cause where the evidence does not support one.
Can you support regulator contact?
Yes, where this falls within the agreed scope and our competence. We can help you prepare information, understand next steps and communicate clearly. Legal representation or specialist legal advice is referred appropriately.
