This notice covers the IntelliSafely corporate website and direct correspondence. AgentRG, RiskGenix and CultureRG have separate product privacy information.

We handle ordinary hosting and server information needed to operate the website, and information you choose to supply by email, telephone, WhatsApp or external Calendly booking. This may include your name, contact details, organisation, role, enquiry content, appointment details and business information needed to respond or manage an engagement.

Contact channels use the relevant communication provider; IntelliSafely also handles information received through them. Calendly is an external link, not an embedded widget.

Please do not send passwords, medical information, identifiable incident records, live safety documents, employee allegations or other sensitive personal information through general contact channels unless specifically requested through an appropriate agreed process.

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange requested calls or meetings, provide requested information, scope and provide services, manage resulting business relationships and meet applicable legal or business obligations.

Where appropriate, we rely on legitimate interests in responding to ordinary business enquiries and administering business contacts, taking account of your interests and rights. Where you request steps before entering a contract with us, or we perform a contract with you, we rely on that contractual basis. Where processing is required by law, we rely on a legal obligation.

The applicable basis depends on the purpose and circumstances; consent is not a general basis for all our correspondence.

We use third-party providers for website hosting, email, appointment booking and messaging. They process information in connection with those services under their applicable terms and arrangements. Product applications have separate privacy information.

We keep enquiry and business-contact information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the relevant relationship and meet applicable legal or business obligations.

Under UK data protection law, you have rights that may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, depending on the circumstances and the lawful basis for processing.
